Forest Hill is an excellent example of one of our complete builds. A two-bedroom detached property, it presented its own unique challenges, mainly relating to the placement of underground electricity and waste systems, which needed to be re-routed with the assistance of Thames Water and Southern Electric. Great care was taken to finish the property to the highest standards, outfitting it with modern technologies and materials: marbled bathrooms throughout, underfloor heating, a soundproofed boiler room, a central media hub and points for fitting a surround sound speaker system, a solid oak staircase with lights on the sides of the steps, Apollo column radiators, and ample storage space.
